What can I say...he was "The Man" in mountain climbing circles. Sir Edmund Hillary passed away the other day from a heart attack, of all things. Click here for his video-obituary.I'll always remember a book I read as a boy of about 12 years old called "On Top of the World," the story of his ascent with Tenzing Norgay. I must have read it 100 times. Anyway, it's a great loss to the adventurers of the world.
