Today, though expected to be warm, turned out to be rainy and chilly. I went for a 5 mile run with some friends at 7:30 (no rain yet), then took the kids to Frisch's for breakfast. Mom was working today. Just a goofy photo collage.
CHANGE IS INEVITABLE. I CAN CHOOSE TO IGNORE IT, OR I CAN ACCEPT IT. THIS BLOG GIVES A BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF MY FAMILY, MY RUNNING, AND MY LIFE.
